Where are you based, and do I have to come to you?

Our office is at Karen Connections, Office 6, Lower Plains Road, Nairobi. You do not have to come to us. We run tele-sessions over low-data channels, on-site sessions at workplaces and schools, and community group work in estates and informal settlements.

Do I need a referral from a doctor?

No. You can contact us directly and book without a referral or any paperwork.

What kinds of therapy do you offer?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care and solution-focused work, for individuals and families. We also run group psychoeducation covering stress, grief, recovery after sexual and gender-based violence, and substance use screening and referral.

Do you offer online or phone counselling in Kenya?

Yes. Tele-sessions, WhatsApp triage and self-guided micro-lessons are all built for low-data formats, so they work outside Nairobi and on a limited data bundle.

Do you work with organisations as well as individuals?

Yes. We build Employee Assistance Programmes, run manager coaching and psychosocial risk assessments, respond to critical incidents, and deliver school mental health programmes. We also evaluate programmes for NGOs, county governments and corporate social responsibility teams.
